1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VertexGrad platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you may not use the Service. This platform is intended for accredited investors and university-affiliated academic researchers.

2. User Responsibilities (Academics)

• All submitted data must be accurate, shareable, and legally permitted for submission.
• The Principal Investigator (PI) confirms that all required institutional approvals have been obtained.
• IP ownership remains with the Institution or PI, while submission grants VertexGrad limited rights to review and present the proposal.

3. Investor Obligations

• Investors must be accredited and understand the risks associated with early-stage academic investment.
• Information viewed on the platform is confidential and must not be shared externally without authorization.
• VertexGrad facilitates connections only; final due diligence and investment decisions remain the investor’s responsibility.

4. Limitation of Liability

VertexGrad is not liable for financial losses, damages, or disputes arising from any investment or funding relationship facilitated through the Service. The Service is provided "as is."
